**Your new role awaits**

As **Pricing Manager**, you’ll be responsible for driving a national approach to customer pricing, including establishing pricing guidelines, processes, and evolving systems in support of the Coates customer portfolio.

The role will influence the maintenance and development of pricing models and tools across the national business, as well as being responsible for working with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation to optimise pricing performance.

You’ll be based in our Mascot head office, which is conveniently located a short walk from Mascot Train Station and is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and gyms.

**A typical day for you**
- Collaborating across the Commercial team to advance and execute pricing and commercial strategies that align with business goals.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to strengthen revenue decisions through investment paper analysis, product & market insights, and financial modelling.
- Providing strategic support for pricing decision including support for commercial tenders.
- Driving and managing the customer pricing reviews, compliance and issuance process.
- Leading our team of Pricing Analysts to develop pricing recommendations and provide guidance through pricing metrics and trends to unlock pricing as a competitive advantage for Coates.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

This role requires an analytical mindset, strong commercial acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for working with numbers.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar discipline
- Experience in commercial pricing
- Ability to present clear and actionable analyses and strategies
- Ability to engage with all levels of business, including C-suite
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Leadership of a geographically dispersed team is beneficial
- Tableau/or Similar BI analytics tool knowledge is beneficial
- Unrestricted Australian working rights

Experience in the rental/hire industry is not necessary to be considered for this role.
