We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Cleaner**to join our team at our 74 residence village**:Kokoda Retirement Village**in Ballina. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform daily cleaning tasks across communal areas, resident facilities, and staff areas: sweeping, mopping, external power washing etc
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
- Replenish supplies and report any maintenance issues
- Follow health and safety procedures, including infection control standards

**About You**
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally in aged care, healthcare, or hospitality
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work 1 day a week on an ongoing basis
- A genuine interest and desire in contributing to the wellbeing of our residents

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
