As the Visual Merchandising Supervisor, you'll be the mastermind behind our elevated visual merchandising presentation. Your creativity and attention to detail will transform our store into a captivating space that entices and delights our customers.
**Collaborate and Inspire**:
Partnering with the Sales Leadership Team and our field visual organization, you'll lead the charge in executing brand guide planning, merchandising sell-down strategies, and visual training initiatives. Your leadership will inspire our team to achieve excellence and drive profitable sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build visual merchandising capabilities across the total store team through onboarding, coaching, and engaging workshops.
- Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising presentations that reflect the Victoria's Secret brand ethos and captivate our customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Leadership Team to drive brand equity and enhance the overall in-store experience.
