Medical Practice Manager Required:
Permanent Fulltime

GP Medical Clinic

$75,000 Annual

We are seeking a full-time medical administrator who has the ability, passion, and interest in their work to enhance and promote the image and effectiveness of the patient services team as a professional and efficient link between the organization, its patients, GP and Specialist.

The principal responsibilities of the role include:

- Promoting and managing effectively and efficiently delivery of medical and clinical patient services
- Contributing in regular planning and review office services, as well as promoting clinic services via website.
- Organizing roster, allocating human resources, space and appropriate on-site medical equipment for doctors.
- Managing physical facilities in satisfactory condition for both clinic employees and patients.
- Assigning duties to appropriate staffs on daily basis.
- Controlling selection, training, supervision, and monthly performance of staffs
- Controlling administrative operations such as budget planning, report preparation, expenditure on supplies, equipment, and services
- Managing practice accounts with third party suppliers for stock ordering and invoice processing.
- Managing practice records such as patients information, health histories according to health regulation
- Bookkeeping tasks, such as billing patients and tax receipts.
- Maintain reasonable supply of medical stocks (eg: sterilizations surgical scissors, vaccine) and office stocks (eg: scripts, printer cartridges)
- Ensuring compliance of practice work standard with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Liaising regularly with 3rd parties requests and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinating and administering health programs and clinical services.
- Handling complaints from the patients.
- Coordinating activities to improve staff skills.
- Processing payroll.

Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in medical (ideally minimum 3 years experience)
- Team player
- Ability to think on your feet
- Computer literacy
- Solid keyboard skills
- Bilingual (Vietnamese and English preferred)
