Due to increasing sales,
**Maddington Toyota** require a Reconditioning Coordinator to oversee preparation of used vehicles sold by the dealership.

**Role**:
As a
**trade qualified, experienced**
**Technician with leadership experience**, you will be confident in planning, monitoring and controlling builds, monitoring the quality of work performed and liaising with the sales department to maximise efficiency and provide an excellent customer experience.

**You**:

- Technician qualification or long term in the industry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to lead a small team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work as a self-directed member of a team.
