This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst - Pricing. Responsible for providing data-driven insights to support the pricing strategy for Latitude's diverse range of financial products and services. Key outcomes include improved customer acquisition, retention, and alignment with business goals, measured by positive changes in key performance indicators.
Let’s look at some key responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze pricing data and customer behavior to deliver actionable insights and recommendations aimed at optimizing performance.- Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Product team to formulate and recommend pricing strategies for personal and auto loan products across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.- Performance Insights: Provide regular insights on performance metrics and recommend strategies to enhance key indicators.- Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of pricing strategies by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer behavior and value metrics, such as acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value. Deliver regular reports and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.- Analysis, Reporting, and Recommendations: Conduct in-depth analyses of conversion rates, sales, and profitability. Partner closely with the Product teams to recommend enhancements for channel performance. This includes performing deep dives into customer analytics to provide insights and strategies for maximizing value from both existing and new customers.- Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data governance requirements to maintain data integrity and security
Ideally, we're looking for the following:

- Minimum 4 years' experience in a data analyst or pricing analyst role, preferably within the financial services sector- Relevant tertiary qualification in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, economics or finance- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a Customer Insights or Marketing Analytics role.- Advanced level of SQL.- Experience working with internal Data Analytic teams to gain access to and work with centralised data capabilities in support of Marketing and Customer Data Requirements.- Strong experience with reporting visualisation tools (Power BI).- Ability to use R to create predictive models and segmentation models (highly desirable)- Yearly salary reviews.
