**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for an **Assistant Finance Partner/Finance Assistant **to join our **Sydney Region **and provide proactive support to ensure our business and operational goals are met. As a part of a small local finance team and part of a wider Global Finance Network, this role will work closely with the Finance Business Partners to provide support and insight across a broad range of finance activities.

You will be a team player with a genuine willingness to help others and proven time management skills in order to meet deadlines. Your high attention to detail, as well as your ability to work under limited supervision, will be critical to your success.

Your ability to work closely with non-finance staff will see you part of driving an improved finance culture and awareness throughout the broader business.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Analysing and reporting on financial performance
- Preparation of various financial schedules and information
- Identifying trends to help inform financial strategies.
- Providing trusted financial advice to key stakeholders to help support and achieve business objectives.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Previous experience in a finance role, ideally in a professional services, construction, or project environment
- A team player attitude, with a strong commitment to being solutions focused and getting involved at a hands-on level.
- An eagerness to learn and develop your skills and career with a global professional services firm committed to solving some of the most complex challenges facing our planet today.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
