**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Lead and manage PAS operations across Brisbane & Canungra region.
- Ensure compliance with Defence and Downer standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver estate services.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery.Manage team performance and development.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven leadership in asset management or related field.
- Strong understanding of Defence estate operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in managing large teams and complex projects.Relevant qualifications in facilities or asset management.
