We are NDIS registered disability service provider, looking for a disability support worker (FeMale) to assist a male participant in community access.

Twice a week requirement. (Min 4 hours each day).

Must have interest in AFL and participant would like to go for games.

Experience in the industry is a must with some certificate level qualification in the field.

Duties include:
Community Access, Personal care

Must have full Victorian drivers license with own car and insurance.
