Fugal Operator

As a Fugal Operator at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you will be working as part of our sugar production team, where you'll transform raw ingredients into high-quality sugar while having a blast You'll work alongside great colleagues, tackle exciting challenges, and enjoy a lively atmosphere filled with teamwork.

**Your Role in Action**- **Sweet Systems**: Produce Raw Sugar and C seed/magma that consistently satisfies quality and technical standards with mínimal disruption to operations and product loss.
- ** Collaboration Crew**: Work in conjunction and communicate effectively with the Mill management, Pan Boilers and Shift Team.
- ** Data Detective**: Sample, inspect and perform basic analysis on sugar and molasses streams.
- ** Housekeeping Hero**: Maintain excellent housekeeping practices around fugal station to ensure a safe work environment.
- ** Efficiency Enforcer**: Perform regular inspection of plant, equipment and complete maintenance request as required.
- ** Accuracy in Action**: Complete logbooks, charts and any other data collection required by management.

The successful applicant will also be required to undertake further training to complete the appropriate Operator station and maintenance competencies.
