This role is to provide exceptional customer care that develops relationships with customers, ensures continued repeat business and the long-term success of the Pharmacy.

**In this role you are required to**:

- Have excellent customer service. Be friendly and approachable
- Be knowledgeable on the products and services offered in the pharmacy
- Are a strong team player with great communication skills
- Be passionate about patient Healthcare and building rapport with our loyal customers.
- Provide continuous support and assistance to the schedule counter and other areas, to provide care that is of an exceptional standard.
- Support and encourage Generic Medication selection
- Maintain patient records in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform clerical functions associated with the prescription dispensing
- Webster packs
- Support and encourage companion selling to benefit the customer’s needs.
- **Provide continuous assistance** and support to all customer service areas within the store
- Assist in **replenishing stock**, checking out of dates, rotating stock, and general housekeeping

**Skills and Experience**
- Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy
- Sound understanding of pharmacy product knowledge.
- Experience in Dispensing.
