**The **WEB Technician role is a generalist role involving a range of internet, social and interactive technologies.

It focuses on delivering a solution using evolving technologies.

The platforms available are constantly changing and people in this role require constant reinvention.

Currently we work a lot with Wordpress and WooCommerce.

In this position the incumbent is required to perform a wide range of technical tasks depending on their skill set.

Duties may include but are not limited to
- Be an example of professional conduct
- General Administration of Web hosting and Domain Services.
- Monitoring and maintaining systems using management tools
- Website management including up-dates and additions
- Facebook posting
- Collecting and Reporting on data from various digital sources
- Project Documentation preparation
- Project scoping and delivery
- Managing customers’ expectations via clear and concise communications
- Client liaison regarding projects, tasks and tickets.
- Frontline customer service liaison.
- Phone Answering and Support
- Service Request Ticket resolution, escalation, and proactive support.
- Documentation of your work and account for your time

The incumbent will be required to
- Escalate any unresolved matters to management in a timely manner.
- Account for your own time and report to management.

Effectively log activities

**Salary**: $50,636.34 - $60,655.48 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Narellan, NSW 2567: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
