Our Global Talent Manager - Pathology will be responsible for building relationships and talent pools with executives and specialists within the public & private Pathology industry. The role will see you managing a national recruitment campaign covering ANZ; however, international talent identification and sourcing will help us build a strong talent pool filled with uniquely experienced professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build relationships and create executive talent pools within the Pathology industry.
- Build a global recruitment strategy, partnering with many governing bodies and academic institutions.
- Attend relevant local and international networking events
- Work closely with the internal KE Select Pathology and Clinical Division Manager to build a network of suitable professionals that we can present to our exclusive client base.
- Identify opportunities for suitable Pathologists and Specialists, utilising internal access to active vacancies and seeking external opportunities where possible.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to build a successful Executive Search arm for the Pathology division.
- Develop the Executive Search arm of the Pathology division at KE Select, hiring supporting employees and further Executive Search Consultants (globally).
- Work on financial targets and budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and service delivery.

**Key requirements**
- A sound understanding of the Pathology industry, especially the role of Pathologists, Medical Directors, Specialists and Consultants
- Ability to identify and create talent pools made up of permanent and contract (locum) based specialists, covering all areas of Pathology.
- Knowledge of the RCPA, AHPRA and other complimenting bodies globally.
- You will confidently partner and build strong relationships with executives and associated bodies.
- An understanding of the recruitment process and the importance of identifying relevant talent.
- A strong passion for healthcare and a genuine appreciation for the role that our Pathologists play.
