HSE Advisor needed for a successful, well respected Builder to work across High Rise projects
**Your new company**
A Builder with a fantastic reputation across SE QLD for their positive working environment and quality of projects. They require a HSE Advisor to join the team and continue their excellent Safety culture across the business.

**Your new role**

Working alongside the site team, you will be responsible for:

- Conduct site inductions
- Review and monitor contractors SWMS
- Oversee general site safety
- Lead site safety meetings
- Analysing site practice and implementation of improved practices
- Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measures
- Help promote WHS&E awareness on site
- Ensure compliance with the all Site Management Plans
- Maintain all WHS&E records for the project.
- Work with contractors and site teams to eliminate and reduce workplace risks

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Cert IV in Work Health and Safety or above
- Sound understanding of WHS&E Legislation and Regulations
- Previous experience in a Safety Officer Role on large construction projects for reputable Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3 builders and/or Builder/Developers
- Well developed communication skills and able to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for coaching and mentoring
