Each student in our program receives a customized Learning Plan based on our proprietary teaching material. **Required Qualifications**:

- Exceptional Maths skills through Primary and Senior School
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to professionally interact with students
- Energetic and confident personality

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Ability to teach students in upper-level senior school Maths courses
- Previous teaching experience or other experience working with students

The learning center environment is supportive and encouraging. Applicants should love teaching and be able to motivate students to succeed.

- **Career Path**: Starting as an Instructor, you can progress with in the center to become a Lead Instructor, Assistant Center Director, or Center Director.
- **Training**: We offer training in the proprietary Mathnasium method. Full training on the Mathnasium method will be provided - just bring along your experience and excellent teaching skills All materials are supplied. The syllabus follows the Australian National Curriculum
- **Students**: You will work with a variety of students at different grade levels while building unique connections with each student.
- **All work is in-center**: All work is done at the Mathnasium Center, so you have no homework to correct or lesson plans to develop.
