**What You’ll Do**
As a key member of our Technical Support team, you will:

- Deliver general phone-based technical support for MHI air conditioning products across Australia.
- Assist in analysing Warranty Claim Orders data and provide trade-related insights.
- Manage and process Warranty Claim Orders
- Assist with after sales technical training
- Support with component inspections, diagnostics, and returns.
- Carry out general administrative and office support duties as needed.

**What You’ll Bring**
We’re looking for someone who is:

- A qualified refrigeration tradesperson (essential).
- Results-driven and self-motivated with a strong sense of integrity.
- Skilled in reporting and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- An excellent communicator with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
