**About the role**
Mercy Community are on the search for a passionate **Case Worker** to join our Pathways for Early Learning & Development team in **Lowood**. This is a **Permanent Part-time** role working Monday to Wednesday, 8am-5pm each day. This is a great opportunity to work within a great team, guided by an enthusiastic Team Manager and Senior Program Manager.
**$43.08 per hour (SHCADS level 4) plus superannuation plus salary packaging available**
This role involves but not limited to
- Work collaboratively with your line manager to identify client needs and deliver appropriate services within available resources, continually assessing effectiveness and responding to changing needs and dynamics
- Support and provide opportunities for life and personal skill development for clients by role modelling expected behaviours
- Work collaboratively with the Early Childhood Practitioner in relation to each family’s individual circumstances
- Engage family members in respectful and just ways that promote dignity and self-determination
**About you**
As the successful applicant, you will possess
- Degree in Social Work, Social Science, Psychology or related discipline from a recognised institution
- Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver’s License
- Current and valid Paid Blue Card (Queensland Working with Children Check) or ability to apply
- Evidence of current vaccination against whooping cough (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
