**About the role**:
We are seeking a Qualified Baker to be a part of the Bakery Production Team who will be responsible for the baking of quality frozen dough products.

**The key duties of this position are**:

- Operation of baking machinery and ovens
- Measuring ingredients, mixing of raw materials for Icing, toppings, and fillings.
- Monitor dough / product quality and performance on the line.
- Cleaning of equipment and workspace
- Complete production records and minimise waste.
- Understand food safety standards and working in a safe manner.

**Key skills required to be successful in this role are**:

- Experience in a food manufacturing or baking environment.
- Trade qualification preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work with different food such as wheat, cheese, meat/bacon.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitasking.
- Manual handling up to 25kgs
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in hot room environment.
