**Position details**

We are looking for a wonderful Assistant Educator for our lovely centre in Inala. You will also be our centre bus driver and full training and support will be provided. You only need an open car licence. Between bus trips you will float throughout the centre covering lunches and building relationships with children and work mates. You will be a passionate and dedicated person who is committed to inspiring learning in children.

**Position requirements**

The successful applicant must have a strong desire to provide high quality care and great communication skills. Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria;
- Hold/studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood
- Open Qld Drivers Licence
- Be over 21 years of age
- Hold a current blue card
- Be motivated & enthusiastic
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

**Our Centre**

**Busy Learners Early Education Centre** opened in October 1993 and cares for 75 children aged from birth to school age. We provide before and after school care to school age children as well as vacation care in the school holidays. We offer many programs including bush kindy and music programs and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning. We also have a strong sustainability focus in our centre.

Our Centre is part of Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS), who is a Privately owned and operated company which provides early childhood education to children in South East Queensland. Established in 1991. QCCS is committed to the implementation of the National Early Years Learning Framework and operates an Emergent Curriculum.
