**About the Role**

Reporting to the SP&D Supervisor the primarily responsibility of the Logistics Administrator is to assist with day-to-day operations in the National Warehouse including logistics support to our branch network to maintain the integrity of TMHA’s inventory supply chain pipeline

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Schedule shipment deliveries and container collection thru web-based portals.
- Logistics administration including stock receipt and distribution of MHE including ERP data entry
- Control receipt processing, and despatch of all goods through national warehouse operations in line with stock control processing procedures.
- Ensure arrival information (ETA’s) are maintained and kept accurate in M3 and inform branch network of any changes.
- Assist to maintain data integrity of TMHA’s inventory management systems including,
- data collation/ inventory stock take
- audit assets: cross check and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure product arrives in good condition and report on any damaged inventory.
- Prepare and distribute shipping arrival notices to TMHA branch network and transport companies
- Co-ordinate documentation confirmation of arrivals into branch network.

- Ensure buffer stocktake cycle count accuracy is kept in alignment with KPI performance levels.
- Support the control of all inbound and outgoing freight transport movements, maintaining supplier services and relationships.

**Skills and experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of warehousing experience in medium/large facility.
- Previous experience using ERP inventory management systems such as M3/SAP/AS400
- Good knowledge of online freight tracking systems.
- Good customer service skills and mentality
- A strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills (analytical & considered
- Sound computer skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent time management
- Effective communication and people skills
