Civil Drafter

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of design drawings and models for a variety of major road and rail upgrade projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed designs using AutoCAD with opportunity to learn 12d
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive design drawings, including plans, profiles, sections, and details
- Collaborate with engineers and other designers to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards
- Perform quality checks and reviews of design deliverables in accordance with design standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in using AutoCAD software
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and design standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with other design software (e.g. Civil 3D or 12d) is desirable but not essential
