**ACCOUNTS OFFICER REQUIRED**

Opportunity for a permanent full-time Accounts Administrator to join a reputable mid sized manufacturing company based in Warana. Some flexibility is available for juggling life commitments.

The position of Accounts Administrator will be responsible for:

- Accounts receivable including processing invoices and following up payments
- Accounts payable including checking and entering supplier invoices against purchase orders and reconciling to statements
- Assisting with purchasing and procurement as required
- Processing pays
- Onboarding new staff
- Reconciling bank accounts within MYOB including company credit cards
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing for
- Following up insurance and other statutory reporting
- Providing support to the management team with cashflow and budget reports
- General admin duties as required

Seeking someone with:

- Analytical mindset who enjoys problem-solving and experience with using Excel
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Experience with MYOB is preferred
