**What?**

A newly created role, they are looking to hire a talented researcher to lead their quantitative offering. As
**Head of Quantitative Research**, you’ll earn a seat at the leadership table and will be afforded the autonomy to make your mark on the role. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone ready to step up and see where their skills can take them.

With their focus on strategic foundational research, we’re seeking someone comfortable driving a range of quantitative projects including consumer segmentations and choice models. You’ll enjoy being hands-on but will know when to lean into the experts when it comes to more complex modelling and analytics.

**So, what will you do?**
- **Being the driver**: You will be happy to take the lead on Quantitative projects from A-Z writing proposals and overseeing research delivery right through to final client deliverables
- **Doing the analysis and articulating the thinking**: You are happy to run the numbers and you will be an excellent communicator, who is brilliant at distilling insights.
- **Client partnership**:You’ll enjoy a trusted partner relationship with your clients - you wow them They love you

- **Market Research Agency experience** - you’ll have worked in a top-flight market research agency for several years.
- **Have a fascination for brands and culture** - a compulsive deep diver who is intellectually curious.
- **A bendy brain** - the ability to look at the world differently and make connections that others cannot.
- **An organised mind** - the ability to take disparate input and organise it into a structure.
- **Research savvy** - you’ll understand how to deliver quantitative research that is underpinned by methodological rigour and you’ll have a strong appreciation for the power of qualitative research.
