As an mtime family assistant, you’ll be matched with families who will rely on your help with a mix of cleaning, laundry, childcare or cooking tasks.

**What experience do I need?**

At least two years experience, formal or informal, with looking after children and a household.

Informal childcare can be babysitting, looking after siblings or even raising your own children. As for the household, if you have experience cleaning your own home, performing day to day chores, and preparing meals, we will accept that as experience

**What documentation do I need?**

You must be willing to obtain and submit these documents:

- Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- A Recent Police Check (No older than 3 months)
- First Aid Certificate
- Proof of your working rights in Australia
- COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate
- Provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Be willing to provide one reference who can provide evidence of your experience looking after children that is professional (not a friend or family member)

Where will my family be?

We're looking for Moncierges in Sydney and surrounds within New South Wales right now as we have growing demand there.

We aim to match you with a family as close as possible based on location and type of transport (car or public transport).

**How often will I work?**

The amount of hours and availability is up to you, but we ask you to be available for at least 20hrs/week as you will have a consistent schedule with each of your families, and we will match you to families where both of your needs are met.

COVID-19 considerations:
Both families & moncierges are asked to follow the current government guidelines regarding wearing of masks while working in the home. In addition daily check-ins are in place allowing anyone feeling unwell, showing symptoms or needing a test to cancel.
