**The Role**
Ensure the execution of the clients vision at a local level, including driving positive quality client outcomes (quality of life and health supports), staff performance and engagement, and service sustainability at designated accommodation sites.
Responsible for driving the client’s practice framework into service outcomes aligned to the client's purpose and strategic direction. Brings inclusion and diversity to life at a practical service cluster level. Manage site finances and accounts aligned to the budget and P&L, including managing site rostering, SIL and household operating accounts and ensuring client personal finances are managed and recorded appropriately. Embed a culture of continuous improvement, active support and client safeguarding improving practices and culture to protect, clients, children and other vulnerable people from harm and neglect and help maximise positive client outcomes.
Proactively manages positive stakeholder and client relationships as key contact and liaison for clients and families, management, managing service entry and exit, data collection and evidence for client SIL planning and contributing to plan review.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent (Disability, Nursing or related)
- Demonstrated understanding of NDIS, the principles of active support and human rights based approach to service delivery and experience managing multi-site accommodation service
- Ability to transform the performance and culture in the workplace, with a commitment to client outcomes and a positive employee experience.
- Proficient computer literacy skills including MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholder
- Current NSW Drivers’ License, Working with Children check
