**The Position**:

- Oversee staff and daily operations in a fast-paced café environment.
- Manage cost control and deliver accurate financial reporting.
- Champion a proactive Safety Culture with innovative initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with Food Safety standards and practices.
- Deliver highly personalised service, building connections with customers and remembering their coffee orders by heart to create a welcoming and memorable experience.

- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment while delivering outstanding service.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve KPIs.
- Knowledge in financial management, reporting and quality management systems
- Must have a passion for quality, commitment to delivering outstanding service and a can-do attitude.
