**Your opportunity**
- As a Trackworker, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity, safety and efficiency of our rail corridors. You'll be responsible for heavy manual labour activities, such as replacing railway sleepers and a variety of track maintenance works.

**This role is ideal for people who**:

- Are based in Toowoomba and can travel and work throughout regional Queensland.
- Experience in manual handling and physical labour is a plus, but the right attitude matters most.
- Hold a C class driver's licence
- Are available for an on-call roster and can work weekends and public holidays.
- Have a strong commitment to safe working practices.
- Are comfortable working in various weather conditions, including hot temperatures.

**About you**:

- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Must have capacity to travel and work within Regional Queensland
- Must have the flexibility to work some overtime and weekends
- Front-end loader, excavator, skid steer, truck licence, or other licences/ tickets are desirable.

**This role offers**:

- Base Salary of $66,000 with earnings up to 85,000 + 12.75% super - including penalties
- 9-day fortnight - 0700 to 1600 (Mon-Fri one week, Mon-Thur following)
- Travel on paid work time including expenses & accommodation
- Paid training and ongoing support - including Cert II in Rail Infrastructure
- All PPE & tools supplied
