We are on the lookout for a charismatic and energetic Hospitality All Rounder to join our South Melbourne team on a casual basis. The role will contribute to the day-to-day operation of the venue and have a special focus on customer experience and positive team culture.

Who are we?

Pirate Life was founded in 2014. After a five-day journey across the Nullarbor Plain, we landed in Adelaide, established a brewery, and spent the next seven years building a brand. In that time, we’ve gone from three founders to a crew of over one hundred, built four venues across Australia and cemented ourselves as one of the country’s most recognisable craft brands.

The role:
Now onto the good stuff, we are on the lookout for a charismatic and energetic Hospitality All Rounder to join our South Melbourne team on a casual basis. The role will contribute to the day-to-day operation of the venue and have a special focus on customer experience and positive team culture.

Responsibilities include:

- Pouring beers, working bar, waiting tables, managing a section, food running, clearing, hosting, greeting, and seating and everything in between.
- Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Setting a high standard of work and always representing the Pirate Life Code
- Delivering an atmosphere where customer service comes first
- A strong appreciation and compliance of workplace safety

This is a casual position, working a spread of shifts over a 7-day roster; including weekdays, weekends, nights and public holidays.
