**What You Will Be Doing**

These opportunities are suitable for new graduate, or early career Social Workers seeking to commence rewarding careers in health. Grade 1 Social Workers on the Social Work Department rotations program have the chance to work across different clinical areas for six months at a time. The program is designed to fast track your learning as you are supported to work in a range of settings including acute wards, subacute wards and a community program based at sites from Frankston to Rosebud. You will work in fast-paced environments with people experiencing a range of psychosocial needs. You will complete assessments, support patients & play an important role in discharge planning.

Grade 1 Social Workers receive fortnightly supervision and participate in seminars specifically designed to enhance the professional development of early career Social Workers. You will be supported by a dedicated, onsite Social Work Senior and your learning will be enhanced by the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues of a variety of professional backgrounds.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- You will need to hold a Bachelor Degree or Qualifying Masters in Social Work. Post graduate studies are highly regarded and may be eligible for a higher education allowance.
- As a multi-site organisation you may be required to work across sites. You will have access to our extensive pool of fleet cars and will need a Victorian Drivers license.

- Please refer to salary circular for ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021 - 2026 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
