Enterprise Learning Academy Training Lead

**Position Purpose**:
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the academy for new associates within their assigned business unit within Australia.

As the academy training lead, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining instructor-led content, delivering instructor-led (virtual and/or onsite) functional, technical, and or/soft skill training and consulting with new associates on their performance within the academy program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitation of product and generic training programs for new associates.
- Design, develop and maintain training and learning programs (product specific, professional development and generic payroll courses).
- Partner with Service and Implementation Lead to understand hiring requirements in order to develop and deliver training pathways for the new associates.
- Partners with the BU Academy Lead in evaluating effectiveness of the academy program and evaluating overall performance of academy participants
- Explore new methodologies for delivery of training and development including job aides, webinars, on line training library documentation.
- Gather feedback and facilitate workshops and learning programs to support associates requirements.
- Liaison with Business Units and Subject matter Experts (SME) to coordinate and create learning calendar for new hires.
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to respective leader for new associate's training progress.
- Review new releases and process change to facilitate pilot programs.
- Partner with Learning Design SMEs to determine the best instructional delivery approach, including the use of innovative learning technology such as badging and gamification, robust assessments and scenario based learning

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years previous onboarding training experience preferably in servicing industry
- Proven proficiency and execution of Performance Consulting Analysis
- Well-developed facilitation skills, including virtual delivery
- Experience in designing and developing (technical and non-technical) learning experiences
- Experience in managing a learning initiative/project end to end.
