**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Storesperson / Administrator to join the team. The position will see you based at Lone Pine Barracks (Singleton, NSW) within our defence contract.

The role is a 50/50 split between administration and stores work. Your administration and outstanding customer service skills will enable your success for this position.

Training available, if you have good computer skills, attention to detail, organisational skills and the willingness to learn and develop we want to hear from you.

**What you will be doing**:

- Database & inventory management using SAP-based MILIS (Military Integrated Logistics Information System) system.
- Operating computer system to obtain quantities and complete purchases of stock
- Inventory management, receipt, and delivery of goods.
- Organising and controlling the day-to-day workflow - receiving, scanning, sorting and placing incoming goods on shelves.

**About you**:

- Suitable experience in a stores and warehousing environment.
- 1-2 years previous experience as a Data Entry / Administration role, ideally within a Stores / Warehousing environment.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft suite
- Valid driver's licence is essential.
- Forklift ticket desired or willingness to obtain
- You must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance up to the level of Negative Vetting Level 1. As a result of this requirement, to be successful you must be an Australian Citizen.
