**Physiotherapist - with daily 1:1 mentoring with the director**:

We are on the look for a motivated practitioner that is willing to learn and succeed in their physio career.

The Offer:

- **1:1 daily mentoring** from the boss physio. You will work directly with the senior physio in most shifts, any questions or concerns can be addressed there and then. No more waiting for a call back, video call meeting or general team meetings. Training is individualized for what you need.
- Varied caseload (CTP, private, WorkCover, NDIS).

- **Flexibility**: Choose between 3-5 days per week, with clinic
- and home-based options.

**About You**
- Open to feedback and eager to learn—growth comes from being teachable. Our Director has a proven track record of tailoring mentoring to different learning styles.
- A clear, open communicator—happy to share feedback (good or bad).
- Speaking a second language is an advantage (not essential).

**Requirements**:

- Full AHPRA registration
- Current driver’s license
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Willingness to obtain any additional checks as required
