HR Operations Manager

Our client is seeking HR Operations Manager to build capability of their workforce and strengthen organizational performance.
This role will be accountable for developing and supporting the Human Resources policies, practices, and processes across Australia. The position will be the primary partner for associate HR enquiries and will work collaboratively with leadership to ensure the organizational culture is championed by all Associates.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the program to upgrade people talent and performance across Australia.
- Provide HR consulting support to leadership, including training and talent development, recruitment, associate HR enquiries, HR policies, performance management, compensation and benefits, and associate retention strategies.
- Create world-class sourcing, recruitment, recognition, onboarding, and retention strategies for corporate office associates.
- Lead the Performance Management activities and provide expertise and coaching to People Leaders and Associates.
- Ensure all HR activities of our Australian operations are following government regulations e.g., FWA, OHS, WorkCover.
- Implement and maintain associate benefit programs, reward and recognition, heath & wellness programs.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in human resources, ideally having multiple roles and rotations in a variety of HR disciplines, such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, etc.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to positively influence organizational change. People management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of human resources principles, policies, and techniques, and thorough knowledge of Australian human resources laws and regulations.
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent people skills and the ability to manage interpersonal/people-related issues.
- Experience in retail industry.
