Programs Manager

Balance Brisbane is looking for a Programs Manager to join our team. This role will oversee and support the running of our Gymnastics and Ninja Programs in collaboration with our Coaching Development Manager.
Full-Time 38hrs per week. Tuesday to Saturday.
Balance Brisbane is a non competitive gymnastics and ninja club, based 5km south of the Brisbane CBD. We teach gymnastics and ninja to children and adults catering for ages 18mth through to late 70s. We provide non-competitive gymnastics and ninja coaching to 1200 participants. Balance Brisbane is an equal opportunity employer currently with a coaching team of 35.
Qualifications & experience
- Gymnastics coaching experience and qualifications - Salto Qualification Required.
- Program Design and Development.
- Experience with customer management systems
- General Knowledge of Microsoft Suite & Google Suite
- First Aid and CPR
- Experience Mentoring Junior Coaches
- Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
- Work rights for Australia
Tasks & responsibilities
- You will use your knowledge of developmental stages for fundamental movement, emotional and mental development to coach classes from 18mths to Level 6 (or above if qualified/experienced).
- Develop educational resources to promote benefits of all our programs
- In collaboration with the current team develop and improve current and new program
- Assist with Lesson Planning where required
- Understand and support running of on the floor classes
- Coordinate our Schools, Kindy and OSCH Program
- Assist with Class Scheduling
- Data analysis of skill progression which will inform class scheduling
- Mentor Junior coaches through our Balance Brisbane Training Program
- Understand and implement insurance training and assessment requirements
- Assist in the day to day duties that keep the gym organised and tidy such as moving equipment, cleaning equipment/gym space
