We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor who makes safety just as personal as we do, to join our national Drilling Services Team.

**Want to know a little more about the role? Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Lead, coach and mentor a national team of field-based, EHST Advisors and Officers- Influence and provide direction to operational leaders to ensure Health and Safety outcomes and agreed business objectives are achieved- Point of contact for field-based EHST management issues and advice- Deliver a strategic approach to the management of EHST requirements- Assist with developing written EHST plans, programs and procedures to meet client, company and government legislation- Foster ongoing positive relationships with all stakeholders, and manage the relationship and interface with key; business functions and clients to optimise benefits to the Company- Analyse and report on performance data and identify risk trends, drive solutions for improvements- Ensure the quality of incident management and investigation processes**A few other things we’re looking for**:

- Preferably 5 or more years’ experience in a similar industry (drilling or mining experience is preferred)- Formal qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety Management- Experience and qualifications in auditing and investigations- Proven ability to communicate, report and manage competing priorities- Belief in making safety personal- Perth based role, with regular travel to remote locations, sometimes at short notice.- Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia**Auto req ID**: 13396BR
