Aerospace Workers

We are seeking Aerospace & Defence Workers (Production assistants/technicians) to join our Manufacturing Operations in Tullamarine. No previous experience is required, full training will be provided, just a willingness to develop that will see you learn advanced manufacturing techniques.

We will train you in the following
- Production of military components following work order specifications, including but not limited to small job/lot assembly, part number stamping, back filling and related tasks
- Maintain housekeeping standards within the workplace
- Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives in all areas of the business
- Ensure you work safely and exhibit the behaviour of a safety leader as part of our Incident & Injury Free culture

- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Excellent eye-hand co-ordination with a great amount of dexterity
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Literacy and numeracy skills to enable you to follow and interpret work instructions
- Capable of working with others and in a diverse team
- Effective communicator / listener
- Assertive, self-motivated and capable of working with initiative
- Willing to complete hands on repetitive work

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tullamarine, VIC 3043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
