**The Role**:
As the Accounts Assistant/Officer, your role will be broad and varied. Your responsibilities will focus on the transactional Accounts Payable components but will extend to assisting with Accounts Receivable and month-end duties.

Duties include:

- Create A/P process documentation
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Uploading AP invoices
- Process accounting approvals
- Bank Reconciliations
- Creating AR invoices
- Cost Centre allocation for month-end
- Flex purchase maintenance
- Credit card reconciliation
- Assist with month-end duties

**Your Background**:
To be considered for this Assistant Accountant role, you will possess the following attributes:

- AP/AR experience
- Strong communication skills
