**Minimum 2 years experience in a general practice setting**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Reception duties, which include but not limited to booking appointments, billings, liaising with patients, supporting doctors and medical staff.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Open and closing of the medical centre.
- Maintain compliance with practice policy and procedures.

Essential:

- Knowledge of Medicare billing requirements
- Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft or similar programs.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a general practice setting
- Ability to prioritise your work, manage your time well and work well under pressure.
- Customer focused.
- High standard of presentation.
- Familiar with accreditation and RACGP 5th Standards
- Proficient computer skills.

We are interviewing for casuals and full time staff to fill these requirements. Casual staff will need to be able assist with covering other staff members shifts, you can be flexible by working during our operating hours of M - F 7:30am to 7:30pm, Sat 7:30 to 3:30pm and Sunday 7:30am to 4:00pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $24.47 - $32.00 per hour
