**Duties**
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to clients.
- Handle and resolve complaints, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Document and update interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in company database.
- Assist in the development and improvement of procedures and workflows.
- Conduct feedback surveys and gather insights to improve overall service quality.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanour, even in challenging situations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for products/services when necessary.
- Offer personalised assistance and build rapport to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal abilities and the ability to build rapport.
- Active listening skills to accurately understand customer needs and concerns.
- Patience and resilience when handling challenging customer situations.
- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and communication tools.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets.
- Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
- Collaborative teamwork and conflict resolution experience.
- Quick learner, problem solver and team player - willingness to assist wherever needed
