Head of Business Solutions

**Job Description**:
MKTG is an entity of global sports powerhouse dentsu Sports International and operates as the sports and entertainment specialist for dentsu ANZ, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney.

As the Head of Business Solutions, you play a pivotal role in originating, shaping, and qualifying commercial opportunities for the business. Collaborating with specialists across the business you will ensure an integrated, outcome-driven approach to solving client challenges.

What your typical day will look like:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
- Drive awareness and consideration of MKTG Sports and Entertainment as industry leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients
- Forecast, Manage and deliver on defined revenue targets

A bit about you:

- Strong knowledge of the sports, entertainment, and events industry
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
