We are Australia's largest independently owned Bookbinder and Printfinisher looking for a highly skilled Kolbus Case Maker Machine Operator to join our growing team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Set up and run our Kolbus DA260 and DA270 Case making machines including setting up, adjusting and monitoring all mechanisms (e.g. feeder, Glue, Boards, etc);
- Read Job Bag and follow instructions and gain signed authorisation prior to proceeding with job to ensure it meets specifications;
- Check your quality standard regularly throughout the job including monitoring and evaluating operations manually and by computer to detect any potential malfunctions;
- Refer to Machine Maintenance Register and perform any maintenance required including repair and cleaning of machines;
- Ensure OHS procedures and legislation is followed at all times, including ensuring your work station is clean and tidy;
- Liaising with clients regarding job specifications;
- Refer to Machine Maintenance Register and perform any maintenance required including repair and cleaning of machines;
- Give input where necessary to Management to enhance the company standards
- Attend Toolbox Meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Relevant Certificate III or IV in Print Manufacturing or similar field desirable;
- At least three years’ experience in similar role required.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
