We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.

**Role Overview**:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their homes and the community, assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their NDIS goals. Your responsibilities will include providing supports in both our COMAC, IHS & Learning and Lifestyle Program. This will involve providing supports in group settings in our day service at Kew and 1:1 supports in the community or at home. There are also shifts available in our Hub in Thomastown.

- Empathetic and reliable, demonstrating compassion and dependability in all interactions;
- Proactive, taking initiative to meet the needs of those you support;
- Strong communicators, able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members;
- Flexible and adaptable, open to learning and adjusting to varying support needs;
- Team-oriented, working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in both one-on-one and group support settings;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts;
- A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
