Xylem is looking for a Technical Trainer-Flygt at our Kemps Creek Location. The Technical Trainer role will collaborate with the service leadership and EHS to evaluate training requirements, implement industrial best practices, and foster a safety
- first culture across all workshops.

The role:

- Review and develop standard operating procedures, risk assessments, and OEM documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Analyse technical skill gaps across the service and rental teams to identify areas for training improvement.
- Design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs—both hands-on and classroom-based—tailored to meet workforce needs.
- Collaborate with local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the National Service Team to enhance knowledge and technical proficiency in equipment servicing and repair.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback, tracking performance improvements, and refining content as needed.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving safety regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in work practices.

About you:

- Qualification in CERT IV in Training & Assessment accreditation.
- Experienced in technical trade and industry standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully communicate with stakeholders and leaders.
- Proficiency in technical report review and writing.
