**Office Administrative Assistant** **- Part Time (Approx. 20 hrs/week)**

**Atelier JV | Structural & Façade Engineering Consultancy**

Are you organised, proactive, and ready to make things happen?
AJV, a growing engineering consultancy based in Perth, is looking for a motivated **Office Administrative Assistant** to join our team on a part-time basis (around 20 hours per week).

This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day office operations — with an exciting opportunity to help bring our **new company website** to life.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide general administrative and office support to our Perth team
- Assist with preparing and formatting project documents, reports, and proposals
- Manage office consumables
- Organise travel, events, and team functions
- Support the final stages of our new website - gathering and uploading content, coordinating with our developer, and keeping it fresh once launched

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Experience with website platforms - a big plus
- Experience in an engineering, architectural, or technical consulting environment is advantageous
- Self-motivated, detail-focused, and comfortable working both independently and in a small team
