Initial 12 month contract - $700/day + super - 2 required in CBD Office **The Role** As the Landscape Designer, you will engage with master-planning work for education projects throughout NSW. Duties will include: - Providing strategic and technical advice across a range of infrastructure design issues - Master planning and concept design in reference to EFSG - Provide landscape studies and assist in preparation of initial "block and stack" to test capacity of school sites - Undertake Gap Analysis and assessment to prepare accommodation schedules - Direct and manage design service levels and outputs This position is an initial 12 month contract paying $700/day + super. This role would suit an experienced Landscape Designer with the ability to self-manage and work autonomously, interested in working directly for government on social infrastructure projects with a very strong project pipeline. - Ideally 8-10+ years experience as a Landscape Designer, who can work independently and in groups - Excellent writing and reporting skills - Knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly with Indesign - Experience in 3D modelling software/drafting - Experience working on schools or educational facilities a bonus - Knowledge of GIS/spatial modelling a bonus
