Health Care Australia are currently looking for a
**Casual Administrators **to become valued members of our Home Care team in
**Sydney CBD**, New South Wales.

HCA is a registered Home Care provider and offers leading Aged Care support services throughout Australia. These services can include community nursing, complex care, personal care, daily activities and supporting participants to access the community. HCA’s goal is to provide the best quality support and care based on the participant’s lifestyle and needs. With a focus on supporting all participants in building independency and achieving their goals & outcomes.

**About the role**:
You will join an established and experienced HomeCare team, dealing with a mix of both data entry and customer service tasks to support our HomeCare Business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phone calls and assisting with client and stakeholder enquiries where required
- Data entry of information into systems as required
- Engage and communicate effectively within all divisions of Home Care
- Reporting incidents immediately in line with the Home Care Incident reporting policies
- Perform ad hoc duties and projects assigned by your manager

**About you**:

- Experience in Administration within the healthcare sector (desirable)
- Driven, passionate and dedicated to scheduling effective services for clients and staff
- Ability to calmly perform in high pressure situations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current or willing to obtain National Police check
- Current or willing to obtain Working with Children check
- 3 x Covid-19 Vaccinations
