**The Opportunity**

Goal Group is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer in Canberra (or Remote) to perform and achieve complex project work within an integrated workforce within the CASG project environment. You will be accountable for:

- Preparing correspondence, briefs, and reports as required including submissions and documents for higher delegate consideration.
- Providing input into program schedules, milestones and assessing risk and identifying issues and concerns.
- Supporting the establishment and implementation of business support functions at the program level, including on boarding practices and procedures.
- Engaging and communicating with stakeholders to identify, respond and provide advice on issues to achieve work unit and Defence outcomes.
- Providing support to the centralised SPO Operations team, providing ad-hoc business support services across all SPO projects.
- Other tasks as required.

**About You**
- Possess an understanding of the CASG Project Management Methodologies and Defence Capability Life Cycle Framework
- Current or recent experience in a project support role within the Defence project environment (Military/Aerospace domain ideal).
- Ability to proactively navigate Defence's fast paced and complex project environment
- Currently holding a CoA Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain one (note only Australian Citizens are eligible to obtain a Commonwealth Security Clearance).
