Due to growth in the business, we are currently seeking to employ a Tender Coordinator.
**Job Description**:
Reporting directly to our Estimations Manager you will be at the forefront of winning new business whilst having the platform to learn directly from well-respected business leaders. This is a great opportunity for someone who is result driven, has significant interest in the commercial life cycle. We are looking for the right attitude.
**Your day-to-day could look like this**:
Responsible for the compilation of tender submissions, company project bids and proposals.
Design and format tender documentation and provide on-going assistance with tender requirements.
Support the development and submission of compliant bid responses by working with the bids team, internal experts and contractors as required.
Liaise with internal and external personnel to source information and documents for submissions.
Research and gather information to include corporate information, product information and other standard materials.
Act as the central point of contact on opportunities, including registration, submissions and correspondence between Alltype Engineering and our valued customers.
Initiate proposal kick-off meetings, as well as prepare detailed proposal schedules, outlines and compliance matrices for all phases of proposal development and monitor progress on input and content formatting to RFP requirements.
Continuous improvement of proposal and bid process and framework.
Manage digital media content and platforms.
Be the custodian of corporate branding guidelines and ensure business materials are compliant.
Facilitate and monitor ours CRM opportunities software
Administration Support the MD and COO when required
**Qualifications**:
- Significant experience working on Bids/tenders, or similar role, ideally in the construction industry.
- Able to work on multiple tenders at any one time.
- Excellent relationship management and project/program management skills
- A strong focus on business improvement and process optimisation
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of people
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High-level proficiency with MS office
- Qualifications in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
