Roof Rack Superstore is Australia's largest roof rack specialist, with 13 stores and growing rapidly.

We are looking for a highly motivated Store Manager at our Narellan store. The job is a great mix of customer service, phone sales, fitting of roof racks and accessories and all other aspects of retail, in a relaxed and fun work environment with every chance of advancement, and we will provide full training.

They would also have these qualities: Self motivated, Problem solving skills, Leadership qualities, Good work ethic, Ability to listen intently and act on detailed information and most of all a great attitude

Training is provided on the job. There is brief but occasional heavy lifting required.

**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Narellan, NSW 2567: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
