Job Description: Sales Assistant

Location: Greenhills and Charlestown Shopping Centre

Hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Sales Assistant. You’ll be representing Baker Bren’s, helping serve our delicious baked goods, engaging with customers, and ensuring the stall runs smoothly from setup to pack down.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and pack down the market stall (lifting required)
- Serve customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions confidently
- Restock display and ensure products are presented beautifully
- Share product knowledge and help customers choose the perfect treat
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

**Requirements**:

- Must be available Thursdays, Fridays most weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Experience in retail or hospitality is a bonus, but not essential
- Must be reliable, punctual, and upbeat

Pay: $23.23 - $38.71 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
